Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Luman Hub website, web application and desktop application (together, the "Service"), operated by Luman Hub ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Luman Hub is a tool that merges FiveM map resources: when two maps edit the same file, it produces a single resource where both work. The Service is offered with a free tier and paid plans that increase your merge quota.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country.

3. Acceptable use

• You must own, or have the necessary rights and licences for, any files you upload.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful content or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, resell or abuse the Service or its quota/licence system.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are sold and processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles billing, taxes and payment data. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding and content, belongs to us. The merged output you generate from your own files belongs to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every merge will be error-free. Luman Hub is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two, or Cfx.re / FiveM. Always keep backups of your files.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
